Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Content Producer to join the marketing team of a leading hospitality group and take ownership of visual storytelling across a multi-venue portfolio. This is a hands-on, end-to-end content role suited to someone who can confidently move from concept development and shoot planning through to capture, editing and final asset delivery. Working across social media, digital campaigns, event coverage and brand activations, you will play a key role in shaping how each venue is experienced on screen and in market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop creative concepts and shoot briefs aligned with venue brand direction and campaign objectives
- Direct and style shoots independently, managing logistics from scheduling through to set preparation
- Capture high-quality photography and video across food, beverage, interiors, events and people
- Edit and deliver polished, platform-ready assets for social media, digital campaigns and in-venue use
- Maintain an organised content library and uphold strong visual consistency across a portfolio of distinct venue brands
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be a creatively driven content professional with experience producing polished visual assets for hospitality, food and beverage or lifestyle brands. You will bring a refined eye for detail, a strong sense of visual identity and the ability to manage projects independently from brief to delivery. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, takes ownership of their work and understands what makes a venue feel relevant, desirable and worth visiting.
You will bring:
- 2–5 years’ experience in content production, ideally within hospitality, food and beverage, or a lifestyle brand
- A strong portfolio showcasing premium photography and videography across multiple platforms
- Proven ability to plan, direct and style shoots end-to-end with minimal supervision
- Strong post-production capability across Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop, with Canva also highly regarded
- Excellent organisational skills, initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
