Operating a portfolio of diverse hospitality operations, our client is on the cusp of a significant step change in their organisational culture and strategy.
As the CEO you will be responsible for executing the top line strategy as advised by the Board. The initial objective is to set a clear vision of the culture for the wider team, then implement operation procedures to support the vision.
This is not a business as usual role, rather an opportunity to apply a fresh lens to an asset class that has traditionally operated in a heavily formulaic manner.
The ideal candidate will have;
- Senior leadership experience in accommodation, on-premise or premium retail
- A strong focus on customer centricity and the ability to drive culture
- Exceptional commercial acumen relevant to full P&L control, lease negotiation and corporate responsibility
- Both a strategic and operational approach, understanding when a hands on approach is required
