Enjoying a highly discernable and loyal clientele, this site boasts a number of food and beverage outlets including a stunning large-scale bar/restaurant and this recently opened Cafe. With ongoing expansion on the cards for this group, they're on the hunt for an experienced and passionate manager to take the reins of this exciting new venture.
Job Description
The successful candidate will report directly into the general manager who will provide full support and act as a mentor as you make this role your own. You'll manage a small and dynamic team on a day-to-day basis and work closely with the kitchen team to provide an on-trend and health focussed food offering.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following;
- 2 years minimum experience in a similar role
- Proven success in the management of a small team in a high volume environment
- An energy and passion to suit a venue of this caliber
- A passion for all things hospitality
