Job Description
The Café Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, efficient workflow, and strong team performance. The successful candidate will be committed to fostering a welcoming culture while driving profitability and maintaining brand standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, training, and motivating a team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
Managing rostering, inventory, and ordering to optimise efficiency and cost control
Ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety standards
Implementing marketing and promotional initiatives to boost revenue
Maintaining a strong presence on the floor to engage with customers and staff
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience in a high-volume café or casual dining environment. They will possess exceptional communication and organisational skills, with a hands-on approach to management.
We are seeking:
Minimum 3 years' management experience in a busy hospitality venue
Strong operational knowledge and business acumen
Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team
Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences
Flexibility to work across weekends and public holidays as required
