The group seeks a hands-on Bar Manager to lead the team within this popular bar & kitchen venue in an expanding waterfront food & beverage precinct. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of leading high performing teams. They will possess an eye for detail and be passionate about developing their staff through hands-on training. We seek a candidate with an inherent passion for cocktails and a creative way of thinking to develop an ever-changing beverage offering.

The role will enable you to take charge of bar operations, and give the opportunity to make creative and strategic decisions to excite and invigorate product offering. This role will pave the way for the right candidate to expand their skillset and progress their hospitality career in management.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role you will need;
  • A proven track record of team leadership in a manager or supervisor role
  • Specific examples of creative input into product offering and creating revenue growth
  • Exceptional knowledge of cocktails and wine
  • High-level attention to detail and a long-term focussed, goal-orientated leadership style
  • A personable and hands-on approach with your team
