Job Description
As Bar Manager, you will take complete ownership of the venue's bar operation and beverage programme. This is an opportunity for an experienced bar professional to lead an already strong offering, bringing their own expertise to its continued development while maintaining the standards for which the venue is known.
Key responsibilities include:

Lead the day-to-day operation and ongoing development of the bar and beverage programme

Recruit, train, mentor and develop a knowledgeable and service-focused bar team

Manage beverage costs, stock control, ordering, supplier relationships and commercial performance

Maintain exceptional standards across drinks, presentation, service and guest experience

Work collaboratively with the broader management team while taking genuine ownership of the bar department
Candidate Profile
This role will suit an established Bar Manager or experienced Assistant Bar Manager ready to take complete ownership of a premium beverage operation. You will combine strong beverage knowledge with disciplined operational management and the ability to develop a high-performing team.
You will bring:

Demonstrated experience within quality restaurants, bars or premium hospitality venues

Strong knowledge across cocktails, spirits, wine and contemporary beverage trends

Proven capability in stock management, beverage costing and commercial controls

A structured and organised leadership style with strong attention to detail

The confidence and creativity to evolve an established programme while respecting the venue's identity
