With continued growth across their portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead one of their flagship operations.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to take ownership of a premium bar operation. Working closely with senior leadership, you will drive service standards, team performance and operational excellence while creating memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing bar team
- Driving exceptional guest engagement and service delivery
- Managing stock control, ordering and beverage cost performance
- Maintaining premium product knowledge across spirits, cocktails, beer and wine
- Supporting recruitment, training and succession planning initiatives
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced hospitality leader with a genuine passion for premium beverage offerings and creating exceptional guest experiences. You thrive in fast-paced environments, lead from the front and are committed to developing teams that consistently perform at a high level.
You will bring:
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or senior bar leader within a premium venue
- Strong product knowledge across cocktails, spirits, wine and beer
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A hands-on leadership style with a focus on service excellence
