Job Description
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Bar Manager seeking a genuine sea change without compromising on the calibre or pace of their career. Based in Noosa, you will take ownership of a busy premium cocktail venue, leading a talented team and delivering an exceptional beverage and hospitality experience.
This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys being present on the floor, developing people and maintaining exceptional standards through demanding, high-volume services.
You will be responsible for:

Leading and developing a team of up to 20 bartenders and floor staff

Driving outstanding guest experiences and consistently high service standards

Managing labour, beverage costs, stock control and overall financial performance

Contributing to seasonal cocktail menus and innovative beverage offerings

Working closely with the broader beverage and senior leadership teams to drive operational excellence
Candidate Profile
You will be an accomplished hospitality leader with significant experience managing premium cocktail bars or similarly fast-paced beverage operations. You understand how to deliver volume without compromising quality and bring a calm, confident and highly visible leadership style.
Perhaps you have built your career in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane and are now looking for a different way of life. This role offers the opportunity to relocate to Noosa while continuing to operate at a serious level within the premium hospitality sector.
You will bring:

Proven management experience within premium, high-volume cocktail bars or beverage-led venues

Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop large teams

Excellent operational, financial and stock management capability

A genuine passion for cocktails, beverage innovation and exceptional hospitality

High personal standards, strong communication skills and calm decision-making under pressure
