Job Description

The Bar Manager will take full ownership of the beverage programme, ensuring excellence across product, service and team leadership. This role requires a balance of operational strength and creative input, maintaining premium standards while managing the demands of a busy restaurant setting.
  • Lead and develop the bar team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Oversee beverage curation, including wine, cocktails and back bar selection
  • Manage stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
  • Maintain exceptional service standards and guest experience
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a confident and hands-on leader with a strong background in premium beverage environments. They will thrive in high-volume settings and bring a genuine passion for hospitality and product.
  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bar leader in quality venues
  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktail development
  • Ability to lead, train and inspire a diverse team
  • Commercial acumen across cost control and revenue-driving initiatives
  • Professional, adaptable and service-driven approach
