We are looking to identify an experienced hotel banqueting and events professional who is seeking their next big opportunity. In the role you will be the pivotal operational leader who will ensure the delivery of banquets and events to a wide array of clients. From conferences, to cocktail parties, lavish weddings, board meetings, and more. This role will provide exposure to a busy event calendar, and allows a skilled operator to apply their skills and deliver premium experiences to clients.
You will form the link between the organising teams, the kitchen, the floor and the client. The face of the team, the leader and the go-to during the events. You will have the opportunity to influence the space, have input on event planning and the potential for growth is at your doorstep.
To be considered for the role you will have;
- Experience in high-volume banquets and events
- The innate ability to bring people together for a common goal
- A passion for being the face of the operation and have exceptional interpersonal skills
- A track record of delivering excellence in this space
- A love of hotels and hospitality
