Job Description

The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Restaurant Manager in leading a high-performing team within a fast-paced, premium QSR environment. This role is suited to a hands-on operator who enjoys being busy on the floor, thrives within structured systems and takes pride in developing others.

  • Lead shifts and ensure smooth, efficient daily operations
  • Support team development through training, coaching and performance management
  • Maintain service standards and operational consistency across all shifts
  • Work within established systems to deliver strong labour and cost control outcomes
  • Contribute to a positive, structured and high-performing team culture

Candidate Profile

You are a capable and reliable leader who enjoys the pace of service and takes satisfaction in building strong teams. You work well within structure, bring a calm and consistent approach to leadership and have a proven track record of developing others.

  • Experience in a QSR or fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Previous supervisory or Assistant Manager experience
  • Strong ability to train, mentor and develop team members
  • Comfortable working within structured systems and processes
  • Hands-on leadership style with a strong work ethic
