Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the leadership of a busy, premium restaurant. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, inspire a high-performing team and ensure every guest receives an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of venue operations

Lead, coach and develop the front-of-house team

Deliver exceptional service standards and memorable guest experiences

Assist with rostering, labour management and financial performance

Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing and workplace health and safety standards
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in premium, fast-paced environments. You lead from the floor, have exceptional communication skills and are passionate about developing people while delivering outstanding service.
You Will Bring

Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior supervisor within premium dining or high-volume hospitality
