As the Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the full range of business operations including staff training, development and motivation as well as creating unforgettable experiences for your guests and diners.
This hands-on role will enable you to focus on driving a positive staff culture with the support and guidance from structured and well organised company.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Great guest interactive skills
- Exemplary management skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Built great teams around you across floor and bar operations
- Strong financial acumen relevant to financial reporting
This role is offering a remuneration package comprised of $60,000 base salary plus superannuation.
