Job Description

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the venue leadership team to drive smooth day-to-day operations in a busy, high-volume restaurant. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, developing a strong team and delivering consistently excellent guest experiences.

• Support the Restaurant Manager across all aspects of daily operations

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during busy services

• Maintain high standards of service, presentation and guest engagement

• Assist with training, development, rostering and team performance

• Support operational and commercial objectives while maintaining a positive venue culture

Candidate Profile

You will be an experienced hospitality professional with strong floor presence, excellent communication skills and the confidence to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant. You will bring energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for hospitality, with the ambition to continue developing into a senior management role.

• Previous supervisory or management experience within a quality restaurant environment

• Comfortable leading teams through busy, high-volume services

• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards

• Confident communicator with a positive and hands-on leadership style

• Ambitious, reliable and motivated to progress within a growing hospitality group
