Job Description
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring both service and operations are executed to a high standard. This role suits someone who enjoys organisation, thrives in busy environments and takes pride in keeping a restaurant running smoothly.
- Manage rosters, payroll adjustments and daily administration
- Support labour control, stock management and ordering
- Maintain compliance across food safety and operational procedures
- Assist with reporting, reconciliations and venue organisation
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training of team members
- Lead shifts and maintain strong service standards on the floor
Candidate Profile
You are an organised and dependable hospitality leader who enjoys both people leadership and restaurant operations.
- Experience in restaurant leadership roles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confident managing labour, stock and compliance processes
- Comfortable leading busy service periods
- Positive, hands-on approach to leadership
- High attention to detail and operational consistency
