Job Description

As the Assistant Manager, you will be fully responsible for the management and execution of a clearly defined set of tasks within the venue. These include but are not limited to; stock control, licensing, the venue’s training program and of course, overall customer service.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Experience managing and facilitating a stock control program in a large-scale venue
• Strong management skills and the ability to lead a team
• High-level of customer service tailored to a discerning clientele
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance regulations across food and  beverage 


This role is offering a strong remuneration package comprised of a generous base salary plus super.
