Job Description
The Area Operations Manager is a pivotal executive role responsible for shaping and elevating guest experience strategy across the entire portfolio. Operating at both a strategic and operational level, this role partners closely with senior leadership to deliver exceptional, consistent, and commercially viable guest outcomes. You will play a critical role in defining what “great” looks like across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment between brand, operations, and customer expectations.
- Define and implement a group-wide guest experience strategy that drives engagement and loyalty
- Oversee experience metrics, reporting, and labour optimisation to balance cost with quality outcomes
- Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of activations and entertainment initiatives
- Collaborate closely with venue leaders to embed standards and elevate performance across all sites
- Strengthen alignment, capability, and cohesion within the senior operations team
- Champion compliance across health, safety, and licensing, ensuring best practice is maintained
Candidate Profile
This role requires a commercially astute hospitality leader with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences at scale. You will bring a balance of creativity, structure, and leadership capability, with the ability to influence at all levels of the business. A natural communicator, you will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and be motivated by continuous improvement.

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing guest experience strategies
