Job Description
The Area Manager will oversee a portfolio of venues, ensuring operational consistency, strong financial performance and a positive team culture across all sites. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands high-volume environments and thrives on developing people and improving performance.
You will work closely with Restaurant Managers, supporting them to deliver results while maintaining brand standards and a strong customer experience.
- Lead and support multiple venues, ensuring consistency in operations and service delivery
- Drive performance across labour, sales and operational KPIs
- Recruit, develop and mentor Restaurant Managers and leadership teams
- Build a strong, positive culture across all sites
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and customer experience
- Ensure brand standards are executed consistently across all locations
Candidate Profile
You are an experienced multi-site leader or a high-performing Restaurant General Manager ready to step into an Area Manager role. You understand the pace and structure of QSR environments and are passionate about building strong teams and delivering results.
- Experience in QSR, fast food or high-volume hospitality environments
- Previous Area Manager experience or a proven track record as a senior Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership capability with a focus on team development
- Commercially aware with the ability to drive performance across multiple sites
- Hands-on, adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Strong alignment with culture-led, customer-focused businesses
