Job Description
As a key part of the management team, reporting directly to the General Manager you will have the opportunity to make an impact on the successful operation of the venue and specifically the events department. The role is a balance of event planning and management, and general venue management.
Candidate Profile
A dedicated and self-motivated individual you will have demonstrated experience and skills in the following:
- A comprehensive background in event planning and management
- Experience in managing a large high-end, fast-paced venue
- Impeccable customer service standards
- Strong communication, admin and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing clients and engaging with new leads
- Diligent and methodical to ensure event information is 100% accurate
- A personable and hands-on approach with your team
- Bright and friendly personality
